Vajlant`s handmade
Vajlants handmade is an art weaving and creative recycling studio.
We create in two different ways: as weavers - we work with natural treads ( cotton, wool, linen…), and as recycling artists - we specialize in design and making handbags, jewelry, fashion and house accessorizes, made of recycled newspaper and decorated with old comic books. The studio is located on Fruska Gora Mountain, near Novi Sad, Serbia where long walks in nature bring the greatest inspiration and peace.
Behind the name Vajlants handmade are Djurdjica and Goran Vajlant, a dog, two cats, and a lot of love. The studio has been around for 5 years, in which it has gone through various stages of research and wandered through different techniques and materials, in order that through play and learn it has reached its now already recognizable style.
The philosophy of the brand Vajlants handmade is based on creativity, hand making , ecology and recycling, in an effort that love for planet Earth is turned into some beautiful and useful things.
When creating handmade items Vajlants use eco-friendly and recycled materials, while constantly striving that the actions of studio Vajlants handmade, do not leave any negative consequences neither for customers or to the environment.
